This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order on crystalcosmetics.in and what happens after cancellation.
1. When you can cancel
- You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us with your order ID.
- Once the order is dispatched / “Out for delivery”, cancellation is generally not possible; you may refuse delivery or raise a return request as per our Return Policy (if eligible).
2. How to cancel
Email support@crystalcosmetics.in or use the Contact page with your order ID and reason. We will confirm cancellation by email.
3. Refunds on cancellation
- If payment was collected online and cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund is initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders cancelled before shipping do not require a refund.
4. Seller-initiated cancellations
We may cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failure, address problems, or suspected misuse. If prepaid, a full refund will be issued.
